Although the M4 configured weapon system is extremely popular today, we have had many requests from our customers to manufacture a MIL-STD-1913 Under Forearm Integrated Rail for the AR15/M16 Rifle. The new GG&G ETI UFIR is in response to those requests. What makes it extremely unique, is that it can be installed into the vent holes of the lower hand guard without removing it from the weapon. In addition, no backing bushing, nut-serts or miscellaneous fasteners of any kind are required. The patent pending integral camming attachment system allows the rail to be easily installed and removed with a flat tip screwdriver without any alteration to the hand guard.

Mossberg rails attach directly to the receivers of late-model (1997 and later) Mossberg shotguns with pre-tapped holes. These rails can only be fitted to later-model Mossbergs featuring factory tapped holes in the receiver. All Mesa Tactical Picatinny rails are machined from 6061-T6 aircraft quality aluminum, and finished with mil-spec Type III hard anodizing. Mesa Tactical Picatinny rails include all necessary mounting hardware.

Recently Mesa Tactical was asked by several law enforcement agencies to produce a Picatinny rail that can be mounted on the right side of the Remington 870 and allow a weapon light to be secured behind the ejection port. This is for door breachers who need more light in tight quarters where lights near the muzzle would be unsuitable. As with all our rails, this one is machined to the MIL-STD-1913 specification from 6061-T6 aluminum, and features a mounting system similar to that of our SureShell shotshell carriers.
