How do I buy guns online?
Purchasing firearms online is easy with these simple steps!

Tactical Submission is a licensed FFL dealer. In accordance with federal and state law, we cannot ship a firearm directly to an individual or to a location that does not hold an FFL (Federal Firearms License). We can only ship firearms to another licensed gun dealer within the United States - this can be your local gun shop, pawn shop, sporting goods store, etc. The receiving gun dealer then handles the transfer of the firearm to you.

Before ordering a gun from our site, please make sure that you are legally able to have the gun in your area, and that you do indeed want the gun. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns before placing an order.

To buy your firearm online from our website:
  1. Order your firearm on our website using our secure online shopping cart. An order confirmation with an order number will be e-mailed to you.

  2. Find a licensed FFL dealer near you to accept the transfer of the firearm. This can be your local pawn shop, gun shop, sporting goods store, or any other location that holds a current FFL. If you need assistance locating an FFL dealer near you, please visit www.FFLFinder.com.

  3. Contact your chosen FFL dealer and let them know that you would like to transfer a firearm from Tactical Submission. This transaction and any associated transfer fees are between you and your local dealer.

    • Tactical Submission does not contact the dealer to arrange a transfer.
    • The firearm transfer must be confirmed with your local dealer in advance.
    • Most gun dealers will charge a small fee (usually around $25) to handle the firearm transfer for you.
  4. Please fill out the information on our FFL transfer form, making sure to include your order number on the form. You can either e-mail or fax the completed form back to us, or have your local FFL dealer fax it to us along with the file copy of their FFL.

  5. Have your chosen licensed firearms dealer fax or e-mail their FFL license information to us.

  6. After we have received a copy of your gun dealer's signed FFL and your completed Tactical Submission transfer form, we will ship your gun to the FFL dealer. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when the firearm ships.

    • By law, handguns must ship by air freight. Long Guns may be shipped Ground.
  7. Once your FFL dealer receives your firearm, they will perform your background check. After you pass your background check and fill out all necessary paperwork, you can pick up your gun!
